Facts about eye shadow primer

To be honest, I never used it before my wedding. Because I needed to have the colors to last for more than 12 hours, I needed all the help I could get, so this primer was my life saver.

I cried like a baby at the religious ceremony and the eye shadow remained in intact shape for the whole day.

Now..What is this miracle product called primer?

Basically, it’s like the foundation you apply on your face but I’m sure it has some extra ingredients that help the colors remain nice and smooth, as when they were first applied.

We all hate that shadow crease that forms after a few hours. With the primer, you can kiss the crease goodbye. I have tried on so far only the Nyx primer that comes in a tiny, tiny jar. Even so, I think it will last me for ages. Here are some photos, to show you what I am talking about . I have tried on some colors I usually apply when going to the office, from Frontcover. As you can see, the first 3 are more pigmented than the other 3 on the lower part of my arm. I have tried smudging them and the ones with the primer were harder to remove, even with a rich cream.

Tip: If you want the shadows to stand out, after the primer, color your eyelid with a white eye pencil.

The item is really affordable and I absolutely love it to bits!
