Repurpose things
When it comes to jewelry, i'm a hoarder and i can't throw anything away even if it's broken and I can't wear it anymore. Using a little superglue you can transform them into new and unique fashion statements.
Below you can see how i have repurposed a watch, some broken pins, earrings and perfume bottles.
Exhibit A: Two perfume bottles turned into a fragrance diffuser
I just removed the mechanism, placed some pearls and orange oil in the bottle, along with three sticks.
It looks so cute that i have made two of them: One for the bedroom and one for the bathroom. I used random items i found lying around the house.

Exhibit B: Plain glasses turned into fashion statement: I just glued on whatever i could find that was broken and i didn't want to throw away.
I guess i'll wear them at Halloween or at the beach. Ok, maybe not at the beach, i might make someone go blind, haha!

Exhibit C: Broken watch turned into cute bracelet.
I removed the mechanism, placed a polar bear photo i found in a magazine and glued on a pair of earrings i was bored of.
The hair comb behind was also plain so i glued on some polymer clay flowers i made last year. :)

Clutch made out of : old jewerly case, perfume cap and old pins. It doesn't look like a case, huh? I wore it and got plenty compliments on it.
I can only fit the phone and some tissues in there, but hey, it's meant for fashion not for usefulness. :)

After i have eaten some biscuits, i have used the package to organize my blushes, like so:

Last but not least, a fruit dish used as a jewerly display. It creates quite the effect. ^_ ^

Hope you enjoyed this post.
Have a great day!
